Card Condition Guide
We grade every card before listing it. Here is what each condition means so you know exactly what you are buying.
Near Mint (NM)
The card looks essentially new. There may be the faintest handling marks visible only at a specific angle, but no scratches, creases, or whitening on edges or corners. This is the standard condition for competitive play and the condition most collectors want.
Lightly Played (LP)
Light surface scratches or minor edge whitening visible under direct light, but the card is still clean and attractive. No creases, bends, or print defects. Acceptable for all formats of play.
Moderately Played (MP)
Noticeable surface wear, edge whitening on two or more edges, or minor scuffing. The card is still structurally sound with no creases. Fine for play but may require sleeves in tournaments that enforce strict condition rules.
Heavily Played (HP)
Heavy surface wear, significant edge whitening, minor creases, or a combination of the above. The card is recognisable and playable but shows clear signs of use. Recommended for casual play only.
Damaged (DMG)
Creases, tears, writing, water damage, or a card bent enough to be marked in a face-down deck. We sell damaged cards only at a steep discount for collection filler purposes.
